"I strongly dislike State Farm’s billing practices of joining five vehicles with different policy numbers onto one “Billing Acount” . I strongly dislike it for several reasons, but particularly when some are quarterly & some are on a different schedule. I asked that the quarterly policy be moved to its own “Billing Acct” and Payton was thorough in checking on that & accomplishing the change & notifying me afterwards. And she did so cheerfully. Much appreciated!!"
