"The one thing I hate with insurance companies is when they “can’t” tell me where or why the change is happening. I spoke to a woman from this office (not going to name her) but I was wondering why my insurance went up $100 “ since I haven’t had an accident or ticket in years and I haven’t moved or gotten a new vehicle. She was able to tell me where $50 was going back on my bill and said at the end of the 6 months that will equal $100. They are just like every other company, raising the cost for absolutely no reason and then not being able to tell you where/why the change is ocurring. Ready to leave this company now. To many increases over the years."
