ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
- Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred.
- Communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Compensation $15.00 per hour
